    Kurt Schachner

    Lead Photographer, Videographer, and Certified Drone Pilot


    Kurt is a Pittsburgh native who is an avid snowboarder, mountain biker, traveler, and outdoorsman which has led him to find home in West Virginia. He's resided in the beautiful mountains of WV for the past 10 years and has held the job of Marketing Digital Media Producer at Snowshoe Mountain Resort for the majority of those years.  Kurt's work experience at Snowshoe has made him a versatile content creator. He's made video commercials for businesses, shot weddings and events, sports photography, family and senior portraits, real estate, aerial photography, music videos and more! He loves being in the mountains and focuses on incorporating nature's beauty in every photograph he takes. Kurt is drawn to photography because of its special way of connecting us to places and people. Being a lasting part in the lives of the people he photographs and videos, as well as the people who view his photography, is what drives Kurt to be the best at what he does.
